The most common roofing products used on pitched roofs are composition shingles. There are many styles of composition shingles, but the most common style used is 3-tab/ Strip shingles or Architectual/ Laminate Shingles. These styles are typically the most affordable option that also offer a dependable quality and attractive look. There are many shingle brands that offer these styles and although we can install any manufacturer’s products we recommend roofing systems from GAF.

GAF Royal Sovereign 25 yr 3- Tab Shingles

These 3-tab shingles are the most basic and affordable shingles that are currently manufactured. They carry a 25 yr manufacturers warranty for product defects and also carry a 60 mph wind warranty. These are the perfect shingle if you are looking for the most budget friendly option.

GAF Timberline lamintated shingles

These laminated shingles are much more attractive than a three tab and carry a Lifetime manufacturer’s warranty for product defects and up to a 130 mph wind warranty! These are beautiful roofs that are still affordable options on most projects.
