7-12-18 “I selected Justin and Fair Claims Roofing for my roofing project after interviewing several different companies and obtaining multiple bids. Our roofing project was highly complicated. It involved extreme pitches, many odd angles and is a concrete tile roof.
The project took several months to complete due to weather and other trades needing to finish their work prior to the roof completion. From time to time there were issues that had to be dealt with and mistakes were made.
So why am I giving them 5 stars? It is simple really. They are honest, ethical and competent. They stand behind their work and when a mistake is made they own up to it and fix it. In my experience, there are not a lot of companies that have all 3 of these vital characteristics. Fair Claims has them all.
Example of Honesty: After the last payment was made, I was promised that dozens of pallets would be removed from our job site. This was not a part of our contract. If I had thrown these away, it would have filled an entire dumpster. As promised, Fair Claims sent someone over to collect the pallets.
Example of Ethical: Overzealous roofers ran into some trees with a machine while working in the rain and they put deep ruts around the construction site. Without any hesitation, Justin agreed to pay for the regrading of the property and removal of the damaged trees.
Example of Competent: I spent many hours watching and inspecting the roof progress. There were dozens of places that were extremely challenging to install. Someplaces required the roofer to repel off the roof and place very heavy concrete tiles that were custom cut. The fit and finish of the roof is excellent. The roof was designed to last 100+ years. I expect that it will.”
